OSPORTS is providing sports architecture and field design services for District 46, a new 16-acre mixed-use neighborhood adjacent to the Cleveland Browns’ headquarters and training facility in Berea, Ohio. As part of this $200 million development, OSPORTS is designing a multi-use community field lined for various sports, supporting youth, high school, and adult recreational programs. This flexible, high-performance field will serve as a cornerstone for community engagement and year-round activity.

District 46 is being developed in partnership with the City of Berea, CrossCountry Mortgage, University Hospitals, DiGeronimo Companies, AoDK Architecture, and the Haslam Sports Group. In addition to the sports field, the neighborhood will feature The Barker Hotel (a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott), a University Hospitals sports medicine facility, market-rate apartments, a community field house, retail storefronts, and a parking garage. The project broke ground in June 2025 and is slated to open in early 2027.
