OSPORTS/Osborn Engineering, in collaboration with The Vasco Group, provided engineering design and construction administration for the turf replacement project at Howell Field for West Geauga Schools. The project involved the removal of the existing turf and infill, followed by installation of new synthetic turf, including linework for football, soccer, and boys and girls lacrosse.

 

Throughout design development, OSPORTS/Osborn worked closely with the District and project partners to bring the new field to life by refining layouts, selecting colors, and finalizing logos and lettering to reflect the school’s identity. The team developed comprehensive plans covering site layout, grading, utilities, and playing field details, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing design. Once construction documents were complete, OSPORTS/Osborn supported permitting and bidding efforts and remained engaged through construction administration, attending progress meetings, reviewing submittals, and responding to contractor inquiries to maintain quality and schedule.
