OSPORTS + Osborn provided a building condition assessment for the 50,000 SF Cleveland Clinic Courts Practice Facility for the Cleveland Cavaliers. The facility includes the following:

• Underground parking 14,100 SF

• Double practice courts 17,300 SF

• Weight training room 3,500 SF

• Training space 1,900 SF

• Hydrotherapy and massage area 1,500 SF

 

The condition assessment addressed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, building envelope, architectural, thermal imaging, lighting protection, and an energy audit including a whole building energy modeling. The report documented existing conditions; issues, remaining useful service life, energy/utility consumption and provided detailed construction cost estimates for recommended up-grades including a 20 year forecast of capital expenditures. The assessment identified upgrades totaling over $10 million.
