Baseball & Softball Training Facility Concept Study

University of South Florida | Tampa , Florida
Started in Fall 2022, the University of South Florida embarked on a multi-phase project to enhance and develop a world-class baseball and softball training facility at its current on-campus complex. The phase 1 renovations introduced batting cages and bullpens, a new turfed baseball field, and misc fan enhancements and upgrades.

The OSPORTS initiatives furthered the multi-phase project by introducing fully enclosed batting cages for both the baseball and softball teams. Phase 3 of the upgrades and currently illustrated on the OSPORTS created www.gousfbullsmp.com webpage.

The University of South Florida engaged OSPORTS to design and plan a dual team facility that houses a world-class program of clubhouses, dedicated player locker rooms with integrated nutrition and lounges, joint use weight room, sports medicine, hydrotherapy, and meetings for both the baseball and softball teams.

This project not only plays an exciting role for the USF brand and their advancement of player performance and on-field success; it also provides an elevated opportunity for alumni exposure, recruiting, fundraising, and community involvement with the stadium concourse expansions and VIP terraces.
