French Field House Indoor Track Replacement

OSPORTS provided civil engineering services for the Indoor Track Resurfacing project at The Ohio State University's French Field House. The goals of this project were to provide much needed upgrades and improvements to the existing track and artificial turf, ensuring compliance with NCAA Indoor track rules and regulations. The revitalized facility provides an upgraded athletic experience for OSU's athletes and the campus community.
 
The project involved resurfacing 23,738 SF of the existing track, removal of 16,560 SF of artificial turf, and installation of 3,394 SF of new track surface. Additionally, 12,824 SF of new artificial turf was installed. Beynon Sports provided the track surface.
 
OSPORTS also developed essential plans, including a site demolition plan, track layout plan, and field utility plan, to guide the project's execution. Smart Services Inc was enlisted to perform a comprehensive survey of the existing track surface, ensuring precision and accuracy in design and construction.
